There's bug fixes, sure. But the renaming options have also been expanded. And if you're scared of renaming things wrong, there's an option to backup every renamed file first. (That'll take a while for large files!)

Plus there's a much better installer. Sorry, you'll need to manually remove v1.0.0 - It's using Microsoft's official installer and well... let's just say there's a reason lots of 3rd party solutions exist.
