Initial description of the project, and what you can do with it.
Update the README.
Add all the project files, configurations and tests.
Add the GitHub Actions workflow for releasing. Add goreleaser configuration. Update version information.
Check the defer error value on e.g. f.Close()
Move test and lint to their own files. Update the semantic-release version to v1.
