Ombfullnode Beta v0.3.0

This release integrates the latest developments from btcsuite's btcd along with numerous improvements to ombudslib. This release has been tested both on Bitcoin's Mainnet and Testnet. Please report any crashes as issues in this repository.

Changes

This release implements full support for the following design documents:

• DD02 Author
• DD03 Bulletin
• DD04 Endorsement
• DD05 Record Encoding Formats

And partial support for the design documents following:

• DD01 Public Record

Notably the implementation of DD01 lacks support for an unconfirmed record pool and does not support the notion of a 4 block depth.
