Merge the develop branch into main

Tests were sketched out, but unsure of exactly how to test some of it
Multiple issues ran into: - Downloading the file in the automated test appears very difficult (see update on #21 ) - Can't find a way to get the downloads directory to ensure it was downloaded, is of the correct format, etc.
