Adds OpenCode as a third AI coding tool option alongside Amp and Claude.

Key Differences
OpenCode does not automatically read the codebase like Claude/Amp. All context is provided via stdin from the prompt file.
Testing
Tested end-to-end: Ralph successfully passes instructions to OpenCode, which executes tasks and returns the completion signal.
