Summary

  • Add CODEX.md prompt template for Codex runs.
  • Add --tool codex in ralph.sh with codex exec --full-auto defaults and completion detection via --output-last-message.
  • Document Codex setup and configuration in README.md and AGENTS.md.

Testing

  • Not run (docs/shell script changes only).

Closes #33
