Issue with requesting base_url when running scrape_story_metadata. Hardcoded base_url for all functions, to stop issue.

Issue with Base_Url would cause issues with hangs, and no loading. Hardcoded https://www.fanfiction.net to fix the issue. Issue solved when hardcoded.
