This fixes issues with setting transforms on the expandableButton.
This creates a new UIView for the transparent white background. The frame of the button is set to the size of the fully expanded button and the background view is what is animated to achieve the same expanded effect. This allows the entire size of the expanded button to be used in layouts without causing issues when the button expands/shrinks.
