Hello, thank you for developing this extension; it saved me from being overwhelmed by soooooo many VS Code tabs.
However, I'm used to enabling VS Code's feature to place pinned tabs above the tab bar, like this:
At this point, if pinned tabs are still counted as fixed tabs, the operation logic (at least for me) is very unintuitive (because now these pinned tabs are not fixed on leftmost, but on top-most instead). Therefore, I added a configuration option that allows the extension to ignore pinned tabs when calculating the number of fixed tabs.
