This is not needed anymore. We went the way of the decomp and concatenated it into a single file. |

/luaf command to execute lua code from a file. Note that this command doesn't load the file the same way mod files are loaded, so no access to gGlobalSyncTable and gPlayerSyncTable. hook_chat_command cannot be called, but hook_event can. Fix some compilation issues

Updates the ancient audiofile version that was there before to the one seen in the latest version from GitHub. Also adds in warning fixes as seen in mpruett/audiofile#58.
