This helps us maintain more consistency in our files.
We can improve consistency in our project via robots. This sets up prettier and adds shell script formatting support. We'll actually invoke this in an upcoming commit Issue #27 Add linting and CI

This PR sets up prettier, invokes it, and also makes sure it's monitored via CI.
