Data analysis tools for the TMO instrument.
The tmo repo hosts software tools for online and offline data analysis of TMO experiments. These tools are facilitated by the LCLS-II software, especially its psana library, which is used to acquire and access the LCLS data, as well as to assist data analysis with dedicated algorithms. Before using or contributing to the tmo scripts, first-time psana users are recommended to go through this confluence page and the two TMO-specific examples - one for data analysis in JupyterHub and the other for data processing with MPI by submitting SLURM batch jobs.
The repo is structured into three spaces - ana for both general and instrument-specific scripts, mon for online data analysis and utils for handy library functions.(to be continued...)
