First release

Thanks to Win2kWarrior we have an install script now (SETUP.BAT)
Copy the SETUP.BAT next to the extracted zip file, then just run it, it will copy itself to "%ProgramFiles%\AffinityManager" and setup auto-startup via registry settings.
