Create subdirectory named "elfinder" inside Croogo's app/plugins/ directory and clone the content of the repository there.
Enable the plugin from Extensions->Plugins in the Croogo admin menu.
It replaces the default Croogo file manager under Media->File Manager. This behaviour can easily be changed in the config (config/elfinder_routes.php).
