Is it possible to add Flip Image filter ?

Images are created on a thread pool that is controlled by
DispatcherTaskScheduler. The Dispatcher infrastructure is only started
on these threads, whereas previously the Dispatcher infrastructure would
have been started on all ASP.NET that requested DynamicImage to create
an image. This is a possible fix for #1, but needs more testing. It also
involves several breaking API changes, so a decision will have to be
made whether to stick to SemVer and release this as v4.0.0.
and add multiline text layer examples to website
It is possible to set AnchorPadding in pixels or percents relative to the
Composition's width/height.
AnchorPaddingType in Layer specifies unit type of AnchorPadding.
LayerBuilder has overloaded AnchorPadding function that accepts Unit
structure and sets both AnchorPadding and AnchorPaddingType.
AnchorPadding uses pixels by default, API is backwards compatible.

Example of usage: write watermark at the bottom of the image with 30%
"margin":
LayerBuilder.Text.Text("(c) Copyright
2014").Anchor(AnchorStyles.BottomCenter).AnchorPadding(Unit.Percentage(30));
Add AnchorPadding with percents to Layer class
Kill is asynchronous, so we still need to wait for exit.

locally)
As discovered by @geo242, creating a new ImageBrush when compositing
each layer can result in high memory usage (for compositions with many
layers), which is completely unnecessary for the most common case where
BlendMode=Normal for all layers.
