Real fix for #19

PR UPDATED

Changelog :

  • Add missing const constructor.
  • Dart format format.
  • Dart fix.
  • Add missing dependency.
  • Remove unused codes.
  • Add missing const / final keywords.
  • Add variables types.
  • Add Ripple effect with custom color and duration exposed.
  • Add Hover effect with custom color exposed
  • Fix several shouldRepaint issue because of missing value used by painter.
