include a Distinguished Contributors category in the governance. This is loosely modelled after the Jupyter community (https://jupyter.org/governance/distinguished_contributors.html).

I think this could be one of the topics for the next community meeting (see #20). I would like to have some sort of rubik to evaluate if a candidate for Distinguished Contributor is eligible or not. We could take a deeper look into how Jupyter handles this process. |
