By teh way, regarding readme - I am confused what good values of -s option are and how to determin them. Also, what is default of -O and -f option ? |

I change the version of the jar file to be used and swap a more usable service to download boundaries. I kept trying for five minutes but I just could not understand how to download anything through the wambacehrs site. The new link seems much more user friendly to me.
