Welcome to the repository for my Bachelor Thesis! This repository contains both - thesis itself in LaTeX and the code related to my thesis project. The topic is Heart Rate Estimation from the PPG Signals.

Introduction

This project is part of my Bachelor's degree in Sport Technology at Brno University of Technology. The aim of this thesis is to estimate the HR from PPG and also estimate the quality of each PPG signal.
