I needed to recompile your binary for my Chinese USB ASP hardware. I made no changes at code, dunno why I needed to recompile to work. So for recompiling on newer versions of avr-gcc I needed to update V-USB Library. Now it should compile fine. I also replaced the atmega48 version for the newer one.
