go 1.10.2 build with raspberry build

This build is for the latest go version with the addition of adding raspberry (arm v5) builds

Aware of content-type

If a file can be parsed with a valid content-type, that type will be set as meta-data for the object in S3.

This means that s3sync can now upload files that can be directly served over HTTP from an S3 bucket.
