Changes to the sections based on the new wording section - no FIgma changes yet though so we can wait to publish until FIma is ready or just merge so the wording and paragraphs are updated.

Summary of Changes

Hello @tokyojen, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request focuses on enhancing the clarity and consistency of the conversational design documentation. The changes involve refining the recommended tone of voice and specific interaction phrases for chatbots, updating terminology for problematic wording, and making minor textual corrections to improve overall accuracy and guidance. The aim is to provide more precise and effective guidelines for designing chatbot interactions.

Highlights

  • Chatbot Tone of Voice: The suggested options for a chatbot's tone of voice have been updated, removing some informal options and adding 'Professional' and 'Engaging'.
  • Chatbot Phrases Refinement: Specific chatbot phrases for admitting lack of an answer, greetings, and validating user input have been revised for conciseness and clarity.
  • Wording Terminology Update: A section heading in the wording-terms.mdx file has been renamed from 'Problematic wording to avoid' to 'Cognitive and emotional wording to avoid' for better precision.
  • Documentation Cross-Reference and Title Correction: A cross-reference in the language.md file was updated, and a capitalization error in the title of getting-started.md was corrected.
  • Related Resources: A new 'Related' section has been added to the system-presonas.md document, including a link to a 'Chatbot checklist'.

Code Review

This pull request introduces several updates to the conversational design documentation. The changes primarily focus on refining wording, terminology, and section titles for better clarity and consistency. I've identified a couple of minor style guide violations concerning trailing whitespace which should be corrected. Overall, the updates improve the quality of the documentation.
