@panch1739 and @spike-rabbit The term `external app` is misleading. We are changing this term as part of the UX writing review in the language pack. Therefore we request to adapt the documentation also. /cc @michael-smt

This pull request updates the launchpad.md documentation to replace the term 'external app' with 'app opening in a separate tab'. The changes are a good step towards improving clarity.
