Adds all icons that are considered to be ready for being open source.
(Be aware that this removes 2d-editor which was open source before).

Codepoints and metadata are maintained to be aligned with the internal repo.

Summary of Changes

Hello @spike-rabbit, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request introduces a comprehensive update to the project's icon library, incorporating a wide array of new icons that are ready for open-source use. This enhancement aims to provide a richer and more diverse set of visual elements for the application. Alongside the addition of new icons, a minor adjustment to the codepoint generation process has been implemented, and one legacy icon has been retired.

Highlights

  • New Icons Added: A substantial collection of new open-source ready icons has been integrated into the system, significantly expanding the available visual assets.
  • Icon Removal: The '2d-editor' icon, which was previously open source, has been removed from the icon set.
  • Codepoint Script Update: The auto-generation script for codepoints has been updated to use yarn codepoints instead of npm run codepoints.

Code Review

This pull request introduces a significant number of new open-source icons and updates the element-icon-codepoints.json manifest accordingly. The removal of the 2d-editor icon is noted in the pull request description. The changes primarily involve adding new SVG assets and updating the codepoint mapping, which appears to be an automated process. The update to use yarn codepoints in the comment suggests a transition in the project's build tooling, which is a minor but relevant detail.
