Modify to remove load/unload methods, updated readme to reflect the necessity to load kext to EFI. Remove precompiled binaries.
On macOS Monterey, I was unable to find a way to load the kext due to it not being authorized to load. I was able to fix that by building the binaries myself and loading the kext in the EFI. This PR reflects how to do that.
