Testing Implementation of Rectangular Bounds

First make a directory with src folder and the files Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock. Next build the project using cargo build. This will create a folder called target that contains the executable. In order run the executable, type cargo run. This will run the main function. Finally to run the two unit tests, type cargo test.
