I feel like we have a pattern here, as per my PR for the AE engine. Unity is likely also going to have this issue. Interestingly, the Desktop doesn't and I suspect Create doesn't either?

As in the subject. Adding the one window flag in this change will ensure that sgtk apps launch in their own windows in Photoshop.
