Description
This pull request updates a comment in the
_define_qt_basemethod to clarify the behavior ofsetCodecForCStrings()when using PySide2 or PySide6. The code itself remains unchanged, but the new comment explains that the method is effectively a no-op in these environments due to a patched stub.
