First iteration of translated content

This tag defines the commit where the first iteration of translated content was merged in. The translated content is up to date with the english content with the following exceptions (which we should address in the next round of translations):

• The content of shotgun.md
• TOC: The word service status
• TOC: The word new support request
• TOC: The word Other

Note that this is a one-off as we are tuning the process.
