In my testing, I could not get this to run because my payload does not have any information related to the information I inputted at checkout. I definitely added a phone number at checkout and it says "null" for phone. There are no shipping info and name/email as well.

I'm definitely seeing the same thing @amandahom. It looks like the template I was copying from has the same issues: https://www.getmesa.com/connect/shopify/integrate/twilio/send-an-sms-message-if-a-shopper-abandons-their-checkout. I'll try to look into a fix later this afternoon.
