We have been asked to install InterMol in NMRbox (nmrbox.org). It's easiest for us to install Python packages that are in the pypi.org repo. This change tells pypi how to render the README.md

Example: https://test.pypi.org/project/intermol/1.0/

LGTM, this is what's in every other project

This project has never been release on PyPI and I don't currently use it for my work so it's not been a pressing need. If you can install with conda that's more likely to be stable since I'm very familiar with it and use it in some number of projects.

I've uploaded an early (and messy) release that might get you off the ground: https://pypi.org/project/intermol/0.1.0.dev0/
