This Pull Request achieves the following: * Refactors the entire codebase to remove ALL instances of Aegis. * Updates Go files to point to https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/secrets-manager * Updates the license from MIT to BSD-2 Clause * Adds or update the license disclaimer in every single file. * Adds a documentation section into the source code repository This is the first step in moving Aegis into new home under VMware Tanzu GitHub organization as an open source project.
