cbmanifold is a Python port of the MATLAB code used in Markanday, Hong et al. (2023) Nat Commun 14, 2548. The original code is available at https://zenodo.org/records/7799835.
Currently, the package is not available on PyPI. You can install it by cloning the repository and running pip install . (or pip install -e . for the development mode) from the root directory.
