Binary Classifier for CIFAR-10

Code for a simple binary classifier used on the cifar-10 data set. You will need to download the python version of the CIFAR-10 data set from https://www.cs.toronto.edu/~kriz/cifar.html, unpack it in your working directory along with the above code.
