Fixes issue where `npm run dev` doesn't work for some users
Auto-updated when `npm install` was run
UserInfoPage also protected, and routes set
Packages added to provide encryption, JWT creation, and read env files JWT secret created in env file (random chars) SignUp either provides JWT or 409 error if user already exists
