Detects if app is already installed.
If the app is already installed, it shows the update and uninstall buttons instead of just install.
Now follow rules: 1. Always install CLI launcher in linux. 2. Never install CLI launcher on Mac and Windows. 3. On all platforms, if CLI commands are defined in the jdeploy.commands property, then always install cli commands
- Fixed permission denied deleting registry entries with child keys. - Fixed manifest being deleted even if uninstall fails
