This PR brings a complete overhaul and 100% synchronization of the Russian (
ruRU) quest database with the currentenUSsource.Key Changes:
enUSdatabase. Purged 149 "orphaned" or deprecated quest IDs fromruRUthat no longer exist in the English database. Both files now perfectly match at exactly 2555 active quests.The Russian quest database is now fully up-to-date, syntactically correct, and visually flawless in-game. Translated by Google’s Gemini 3 Pro/Flash model.
