Any update on this PR? I set task instances to 0 and this is problematic when terraform runs & task instances were autoscaled in to handle jobs. |

The
task_instance_countvalue can change over time on the deployed EMR cluster because of autoscaling.This prevents Terraform from changing the
task_instance_countonce the cluster is deployed.
