Homebrew may install hunspell into an unexpected location, particularly on M1 Apple Silicon.

With gem package manager:
```sh
gem install hunspell -- --with-hunspell-1.7-dir=/opt/homebrew/opt/hunspell
```

With bundler:
```sh
bundle config build.hunspell --with-hunspell-1.7-dir=/opt/homebrew/opt/hunspell
bundle install
```
