I wanted the ids for future games, so I opened the developer tool on their
schedule page http://stats.nba.com/schedule/ and checked the request they
were making and found that they were calling data.nba.com.
I couldn't find any other way of getting the game ids for future games.
It returns a large json dump.

The json document I pulled in is available at http://data.nba.com/data/10s/v2015/json/mobile_teams/nba/2016/league/00_full_schedule.json
This can be examined further to provide gameids for future games.
An example is also provided.
