Revamped log file path detection. |
Since rows are taller in 1.5/2.0 due to supply & demand icons.
Load and save user-edited commodities.json from storage path, not app-path. Make commodity table editor a little more friendly.
Let the recipient decide their own policy on old data.
Fixes bugs introduced in 3ffb945.
Also, use py2exe instead of pyinstaller to package.

This one's partly my fault - before d7e9f08 the code that's blowing up was only called in the relatively rare case that the logs couldn't be found in the standard location.
