I'm concerned that this throws the scope wide open for this package since there will be so many things to add on (access to docs, more advanced ways to search for things in DANDI, etc). My feeling is that this should be a separate tool that also uses minicline. That way we can keep this package as having the sole purpose of creating intro notebooks for individual dandisets.

What do you think, @rly ?

I agree with @magland . The code in this repo is currently quite small and easy to follow. Demonstrating neuroscience phenomena feels like a separate goal with separate instructions. It builds off of the same functions though, but those functions are pretty simple and just make remote requests. I would make it a separate tool.

Another option is to design this repo as a monorepo with subfolders for different tasks and a utils/tools subfolder. But I think it would just be easier as a separate repo.
