This PR replaces pyclesperanto with nbmorph for imaging processing. The reason is that pyclesperanto requires OpenCL, which can be hard to install, and is only beneficial it a GPU is used. nbmorph runs CPU only, but is reasonably fast, and easier to set up and run.
