Hello! I created some changes to the ReadMe file that may help with conciseness and additional information. There were some typos with capitalization and some wording that I tried to improve. I also added a contributing section so users know how to contribute and report bugs (please change to tailor to how you want people to contribute). I also added a contact section incase someone wants to directly contact you. Hope it helps!
