Not intended to replace ./build.sh but for simple folk like me who need tool help with all they do (and whose tools all like "standard" build processes. I'm no CMake lover...)

Disable lea -> sub countdown optimization again.

This is failed attempt #2 to land the optimization.
Exile breaks fairly comprehensively due to self-modifying the opcode
at the start of the block with the optimization.

Attempt #3 to land the optimization should be possible, and we have
another test case added to validate it.
