Proteo Visualizer v0.0.2

This is mostly a bug fix release addressing the following:

• Fixes the exception that causes node right-click context menus not to show up in any network while the app is activated
• Makes sure that the query term column contains the query from the user and not only the matched identifier(s)
• Adds information about the number of shared proteins between groups to the edge that connects groups when they share proteins
• Code improvements for better readability
