In this PR I introduce support to build and run SNP guests with coconut's SVSM in VMPL0. For the moment, this guests must be ran manually using
qemu(see./bin/launch_svsm.sh). In a follow-up PR I will add the changes to be able to run Kata SNP pods with the SVSM in VMPL0.I also bump the host kernel version to use
6.11with patches to run the SVSM. Given that6.11has the SNP patches upstreamed, we can also run Kata pods with the same kernel. We need, however, to bump QEMU to something greater than9.1.Note that guests with the SVSM need a different guest kernel and a different QEMU. I will consolidate all in the same PR I enable kata pods with the SVSM.
