sc2(nydus): enable lazy pulling in the guest

Notes:

• It seems that we may need to change the default snapshotter in [plugins."io.containerd.grpc.v1.cri".containerd.snapshotter]?
• Fixed in nydus: bump version and add cri.runtime-handler #129 by adding the right io.containerd.cri.runtime-handler: kata-qemu-snp handler where appropriate.

The main changes required live in a commit in kata-containers (we just had to enable a feature for image-rs).

To-Dos:

• Think about how to test
• Run experiments
• Push changes to our kata-containers fork
• Add an image-pull micro-benchmark (image-pull: add e2e execution time plot experiments#11)
