Creating a mod

1. read the Getting Started guide if you are not familiar with the tools
2. download the tools and unpack configuration files and assets
3. make changes to configuration files and/or assets
4. to test the mod, put each modified file in a correct subdirectory under bin_win32
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\jabia\bin_win32
