I wanted the ability to package some of the output JSON docs into a CouchApp director or distribute the JSON docs separately, so I added the ability to dump them to a folder.
It likely needs some polish, but hopefully it's a good first commit for basing future file-output stuff on. Got me what I needed anyway. :)
